The department of Information Communicaton Technology has been mandated to effectively conceive, develop, implement, utilize and manage appropriate information communication technology solution systems in order to provide integrated quality services to Sierra Leone`s business environment in line with YRA`s vision, mission, core values and objectives besides offering teaching and learning services.
A candidate can be awarded an ordinary certificate after completing at least three or a diploma certificate after completing all the following essential programs:
